Duration: 3 days of intense training 9.30am-2.30pm

Prerequisites: This course is suitable for medics and non medics. If you do not have any previous industry experience, we offer a Fast track course for beginners 

Training Objective: By the end of this course, students will:

  • Understand the anatomy of the lower and mid-face, including lips, chin, cheeks, and jawline
  • Learn safe and effective injection techniques for dermal fillers
  • Be able to assess facial proportions and create balanced, natural-looking results
  • Confidently conduct consultations and obtain informed consent
  • Identify contraindications and manage potential complications
  • Understand product selection and appropriate treatment planning
  • Gain hands-on experience treating live models under expert supervision
  • Achieve an accredited certification to begin practising professionally

This course provides a strong foundation for students to begin treating clients or progress to more advanced aesthetics training.

 

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

  • Health & Safety: Health and safety are a top priority throughout all aspects of your training. During the Foundation Lip Filler & Anti-Wrinkle course, you will learn how to maintain a sterile and hygienic environment, safely handle and dispose of sharps and clinical waste, and follow infection prevention protocols with confidence.
  • First Aid & Anaphylaxis: As part of your training at Hollywood Aesthetics Training, you’ll receive essential education in first aid and anaphylaxis management to ensure the highest level of safety for your clients. You’ll learn how to recognise the signs of an adverse reaction, including anaphylaxis, and how to respond quickly and effectively in an emergency. We cover the correct use of emergency medications, safe practice protocols, and how to remain calm and in control should a situation arise.
  • Consulations: You’ll be trained to carry out thorough, client-focused consultations that allow you to assess medical history, understand client expectations, and determine treatment suitability. We’ll teach you how to communicate clearly, manage expectations professionally, and build trust with your clients. You’ll also learn how to obtain informed consent, discuss risks and aftercare, and ensure clients feel confident, understood, and safe throughout their journey with you.
  • Theory Of Hyaluronic Acid: All temporary fillers are made using hyaluronic acid. It’s imperative to understand it fully.
  • Technique: You’ll be guided through every step of the injection process, from needle placement and depth to angle, pressure, and product control. Training is hands-on with live models, ensuring you develop real confidence in your technique under expert supervision.
  • Practical: LIPS, CHIN, CHEEKS & JAW FILLER - Hands-on experience is at the core of our training philosophy. During your course, you will practice techniques on live models under expert guidance, allowing you to build confidence and perfect your skills in a real-world setting.
